GOAT BASE Programming
Program class design includes 3 days a week of strength, conditioning, and cardiovascular work. One can expect a strength day, a blend of intervals and strength, and a day devoted to strength endurance, teamwork, or work capacity. Programming is periodized around the seasons to ready each individual for the season's tasks. We operate under the method of "strength first." Example class week : Monday: Strength, Wednesday: Strength + Interval Training, Friday: Strength Endurance, Teamwork, or Work Capacity
GOAT PLUS Programming
Program includes base programming plus additional days of strength + conditioning and cardiovascular work. Plus provides programming for the additional gym days and is perfect for those needing more strength, more frequency, and more volume. Although many do not need more than 3 days/week, those wanting more can smartly enter a season ready and resilient for the mountains tasks. Plus will continue our method of "strength first," including two more strength days, additional conditioning and cardiovascular work.
