GOAT BASE PROGRAMMING
Program class design includes 3 days a week of strength, conditioning, and cardiovascular work. One can expect a strength day, a blend of intervals and strength, and a day devoted to strength endurance, teamwork, or work capacity. Programming is periodized around the seasons to ready each individual for the season’s tasks. We operate under the method of “strength first.” Example class week : Monday: Strength, Wednesday: Strength + Interval Training, Friday: Strength Endurance, Teamwork, or Work Capacity
10 PUNCH PASS
$80 includes discussion and introduction to basic barbell movements, typically lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour. Recommended before entering group classes
PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS
Whether you are coming back from injury, new to barbell training, or just want more attention, private coaching may be the best option. Our coaches will teach you lifting mechanics and find suitable ways to make you stronger for life and your goals.
